    BENOY SUCCESS ACADEMY

    In 2019, we launched the Benoy Success Academy program — an original training program for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. The crash course combines theory and practical training, interns master the work of leading Benoy experts and work in real project teams.  After 1 month, the best graduates receive positions of junior consultants at the company.

    The idea of creating Benoy Success Academy is caused by the shortage of specialists in the field of implementation of SAP-solutions on the Ukrainian market. Thanks to Benoy Success Academy, we are able to create a talent pool focused on our business goals and human resources.
